摘要
茂名市进入跨越式发展和区域转型发展、融入“粤港澳大湾区”的关键时期,高层次人才是其重要战略资源。基于茂名市资源能力与竞争,采取动态、辩证和关联的视野,运用SWOT分析方法,分析茂名市高层次人才引进的相对优势与劣势、机会与威胁,确定了WT-WO/ST-SO引才战略路径,对战略路径的具体措施进行了详细的描述,为欠发达地区高层次人才引进工作提供借鉴。
Maoming City has entered a critical period of leapfrog development,regional transformation development and integration into the“Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”.High-level talents are its important strategic resources.Based on the resource capability and competition of Maoming City,this paper analyzes the relative advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and risks of the introduction of high-level talents in Maoming City from a dynamic,dialectical and related perspective.By using SWOT analysis method,it determines the WT-WO\ST-SO strategy path of talent introduction,and describes the specific measures of the strategy path in detail,thus providing a new idea for the introduction of high-level talents in underdeveloped areas.
