面内纤维褶皱对碳纤维复合材料拉伸力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of In-plane fiber fold on tensile mechanical properties of carbon composites

摘要 使用新型方法制备了存在面内纤维褶皱缺陷的复合材料单向板,其褶皱缺陷包括不同高宽比和不同铺层层数。通过对不同面内纤维褶皱复合材料单向板进行拉伸测试,分别分析了褶皱高宽比和缺陷铺层层数对复合材料拉伸强度和模量的影响。结果表明:当面内纤维褶皱高宽比较小时,该缺陷对复合材料单向板的拉伸强度和模量的影响都较小;但高宽比和缺陷层数达到一定数值后,其对复合材料单向板的拉伸强度和模量影响显著。在复合材料制备过程中控制该类缺陷十分必要。 Composite unidirectional laminates with in-plane fiber fold are fabricated by a novel method, which include fold defects with different height to width ratio and different layers. The tensile tests of composite unidirectional laminates with fold defects and without are carried out. The effects of fiber fold height width ratio and defect layer number on tensile strength and modulus of the composites are analyzed. The results show that the defect has little effect on the tensile strength and modulus of composite unidirectional laminates when the ratio of height to width of in-plane fiber fold is small. But the defect has a significant effect on the tensile strength and modulus of composite unidirectional laminates when the ratio of height to width and the number of defect layers reach a certain value. So it is necessary to control this kind of defect in the process of composite parts.
