摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备了系列Mo-Ti-Zr材料。利用拉伸力学性能测试、三点弯曲法测试、OM、SEM等分析测试手段,研究了系列Mo-Ti-Zr材料微观组织与力学性能,结果表明:系列Mo-Ti-Zr材料具有细小的晶粒组织,Zr含量越大,晶粒尺寸越细,硬度越大;Zr含量为1.8%(质量分数,下同)时,材料的室温力学性能最佳,抗拉强度为975 MPa,延伸率为16.7%;Zr含量为0.8%或者1.8%时,试验板材800℃的高温性能最佳,抗拉强度为736 MPa,延伸率为8.3%;Zr含量为1.8%时,材料的抗弯性能最佳,达到1 692 MPa。
Series Mo-Ti-Zr materials were prepared by powder metallurgy.The microstructure and mechanical properties of series Mo-Ti-Zr materials were studied by means of tensile mechanical property test,three-point bending test,OM and SEM.The results show that:series Mo-Ti-Zr materials have fine grain structure.With the increase of Zr content,the finer the grain size is,the greater the hardness is;When Zr content is about 1.8 wt%,the mechanical properties at room temperature are the best,the tensile strength is about 975 Mpa and the elongation is about 16.7%;When the Zr content is about 0.8 wt%or 1.8wt%,the high temperature performance of the materials at 800℃is the best,the tensile strength is 736 Mpa and the elongation is about 8.3%;When Zr content is about 1.8 wt%,the bending performance of the material is prominent,reaching 1692 Mpa.
