摘要
在我国城市化建设与发展过程中,传统产业园逐渐演变成为新兴产业集聚地,囊括了高新技术、电子信息、生物制药等新兴产业。在新兴产业园建筑设计过程中,必须充分考虑城市整体规划建设需求,同时需要满足多产业聚集发展要求。本文首先对产业园进行简单概述,然后探讨新兴产业园建筑规划设计的基本原则,并列举几个典型的产业园建筑设计案例,最后提出新兴产业园规划设计策略及发展趋势。
In the process of urbanization and development in China,traditional industrial parks have gradually evolved into clusters of emerging industries,including emerging industries such as high-tech,electronic information,and biopharmaceuticals.In the process of architectural design of emerging industrial parks,the overall planning and construction needs of the city must be fully considered,and the requirements of multi-industry agglomeration development must be met at the same time.This article first gives a brief overview of the industrial park,then discusses the basic principles of the architectural planning and design of the emerging industrial park,and lists several typical industrial park architectural design cases,and finally proposes the planning and design strategy and development trend of the emerging industrial park.
