以"以人为本"和"生态环境"为设计理念,总体规划设计中将建筑与环境相互结合,形成有机的空间网络,并在建筑单体设计中强调整体、人文、绿色等特点,将景观设计作为设计的重点,以营造出绿色、人文的园区氛围,提升园区的整体品质。
Taking the ＂people-oriented＂ and ＂ecological environment＂ for the design concept. Combining with the construction and environment in overall planning and design, formed organically spatial network, and emphasized the overall, humanities, green and other features in architectural design, made the landscape design as the design key point, so as to create green, humanities park atmosphere, enhanced the overall quality of park.
