摘要
阐述了导热油式滚塑机的工作原理,设计了具有随形通道的模具,着重介绍了导热油式滚塑机整机结构设计、油管道布局。加热介质是导热油,通过模具内部的加热方式,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
This paper expounds the working principle of the heat-transfer oil type rotational molding machine,designs the mold with the following channel,and emphatically introduces the whole structure design and oil pipeline layout of the heat-transfer oil type rotational molding machine.The heating medium is heat-conducting oil.Through the heating mode inside the mold,the production cost is reduced and the production efficiency is improved.
