摘要
塑料燃油箱在受到摩擦、冲击时不易发生火灾和爆炸事故且可实现燃油箱的轻量化,因而其在汽车工业中得到了广泛应用。对某型号燃油箱滚塑成型工艺进行了研究,设计了燃油箱滚塑成型模具,并通过对滚塑成型加热及冷却条件的分析,探讨了滚塑成型温度、时间及旋转比等工艺参数对塑料燃油箱制品性能的影响,结果表明:采用线型低密度聚乙烯材料,设备主副轴旋转速度比2∶1,烘箱加热温度260~270℃,加热24 min,先自然冷却5 min再风冷15 min后脱模,可获得合格的燃油箱制品。
Due to the advantages of resistance to fire and explosion accidents in friction and impact and the lightweight design, the plastic fuel tank was widely used in the automobile industry field. The rotational molding of a certain type of the fuel tank was studied. The rotational molding die was designed, and the heating and cooling conditions during the rotational molding process were analyzed. Effects of the rotational molding temperature, time and the ratio of rotation on the properties of the plastic fuel tank were investigated. The results showed that the plastic products were obtained in the following processing parameters : the ratio of the main rotation to assistant rotation was 2 : 1, and the range of the oven temperature was from 260 ℃ to 270 ℃ with the oven residence time of 24 min. naturally cooling of 5 min and further air-cooling of 15 min to convert.
