心盘螺栓故障图像自动识别应用

摘要 铁路货车的载重量不断增加,且由于全面提速的背景下,铁路货车运行速度不断提高,货车运行安全成为重中之重,采用动态检测方法实现货车运行故障动态检测,及时快速地排除铁路货车运行中存在的故障,为铁路货车的安全运行奠定基础。现阶段,针对货车动态检测主要采用人机结合的工作模式实现,为了提升货车运行故障检测准确率以及工作效率,可不断优化货车运行故障动态检测系统,采用计算机自动识别故障图像技术,实现铁路货运安全检测能力的提升,对保障货车安全运行有积极作用。文章主要以货车心盘螺栓故障为例,采用图像自动识别技术进行检测分析,提高心盘螺栓故障的识别率。 The load capacity of railway freight cars is increasing,and due to the background of comprehensive speed increase,the running speed of railway freight cars continues to increase.The safety of freight cars has become the top priority.The dynamic detection method is adopted to realize the dynamic detection of freight car operation faults,and the railway can be quickly and quickly eliminated.The faults in the operation of freight cars lay the foundation for the safe operation of railway freight cars.At this stage,the dynamic detection of trucks is mainly realized by the combination of man and machine.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of truck operation fault detection,the dynamic detection system of truck running faults can be continuously optimized,and the computer automatic fault image technology can be used to realize railway freight.The improvement of safety inspection capabilities has a positive effect on ensuring the safe operation of trucks.In this paper,the main truck center plate bolt failure is taken as an example,and the image automatic recognition technology is used for detection and analysis to improve the recognition rate of the center plate bolt failure.
