摘要
采用C-Mn-Nb-Ti微合金化成分设计,低P、低S冶炼以及合理的控轧控冷工艺,充分发挥细晶强化和析出强化作用,研制出N80级石油套管用试验钢。测定了N80级ERW石油套管用钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),研究不同冷速对相变产物的影响。
The N80 grade experimental steel for oil casing is developed with the microalloying composition design of C-Mn-Nb-Ti,smelting with low P and S as well as reasonable controlled rolling and cooling process so that the refined crystalline strengthening and precipitation strengthening are made full use of.Moreover,the continuous cooling transformation curve(CCT curve)of N80 grade ERW steel for oil casing is measured to study the effects of different cooling rates on products of phase change.
