摘要
介绍了鞍钢通过采用铌钛微合金化的成分设计以及合理的控轧控冷技术,开发出屈服强度700 MPa级热轧汽车大梁用钢的情况。对该钢的组织形态和析出相进行了分析,并进行了辊压成形试验。结果表明,产品的力学性能和成形性能优良,辊压成形良好,满足制造高强度汽车大梁的要求。
Based on designing the scheme of chemical compositions by adding Nb-Ti micro- alloying elements and using the thermo mechanical control process, the 700 MPa grade steel for the automotive heavy beam is developed by Angang. The microstructures and the precipitation phases of the steel are analyzed. After that the roll forming test for the steel strip is done. The re sults show that the properties and forming performance of this steel strip are good enough to meet requirements for making the heavy beam of an automobile with high strength.
