摘要
目的分析下肢骨折患者术后发生静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的影响因素。方法回顾性收集2018年1月至2021年6月于新密市中医院接受手术治疗的60例下肢骨折患者的临床资料,根据术后VTE发生情况分为VTE组(30例)和非VTE组(30例)。分析下肢骨折患者术后发生VTE的影响因素。结果VTE组全麻、术后卧床时间≥3 d者占比高于非VTE组(P<0.05),术前血清D-二聚体(D-D)水平高于非VTE组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,全麻、术后卧床时间≥3 d、术前血清D-D高表达为下肢骨折患者术后发生VTE的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论全麻、术后卧床时间≥3 d、术前血清D-D高表达为下肢骨折患者术后发生VTE的危险因素。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of venous thrombus embolism(VTE)in patients with lower limb fractures after surgery.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with lower limb fractures underwent surgery at Xinmi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2021 were retrospectively collected.According to the occurrence of VTE after the surgery,they were divided into VTE group(30 cases)and non-VTE group(30 cases).The influencing factors of VTE in patients with lower limb fractures after surgery were analyzed.Results The proportions of patients with general anesthesia and postoperative bed stay≥3 days in VTE group were higher than those in non-VTE group(P<0.05),and the preoperative serum D-dimer(D-D)level in VTE group was higher than that in non-VTE group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that general anesthesia,postoperative bed time≥3 days,and high preoperative serum D-D level were independent risk factors for postoperative VTE in patients with lower limb fractures(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia,postoperative bed time≥3 days,and high preoperative serum D-D level are risk factors for postoperative VTE in patients with lower limb fractures.
