不同性别2型糖尿病患者腹部脂肪与糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation Between Abdominal Fat and Diabetic Retinopathy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes of Different Genders

摘要 目的探讨不同性别2型糖尿病患者内脏脂肪面积(VFA)和皮下脂肪面积(SFA)与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关系。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年12月于郑州人民医院内分泌代谢科住院的2266例2型糖尿病患者临床资料,将其分为非DR组和DR组,其中男性非DR组935例,DR组500例,女性非DR组551例,DR组280例。比较两组VFA、SFA。结果男性DR组VFA为(98.29±44.59)cm^(2),SFA为(186.56±62.62)cm^(2),非DR组VFA为(103.29±40.30)cm^(2),SFA为(195.06±65.87)cm^(2),VFA、SFA组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素logistic回归分析显示VFA非DR独立影响因素(P>0.05),低SFA是DR的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。女性DR组VFA为(88.61±35.17)cm^(2),SFA为(197.84±64.18)cm^(2),非DR组VFA为(87.71±34.41)cm^(2),SFA为(204.78±73.32)cm^(2),VFA、SFA组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),多因素logistic回归分析显示VFA、SFA与DR无独立相关性(P>0.05)。结论低SFA为男性2型糖尿病患者DR的独立危险因素,VFA与男性2型糖尿病患者DR无独立相关性,VFA、SFA与女性2型糖尿病患者DR无明显相关性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between visceral fat area(VFA)and subcutaneous fat area(SFA)and diabetic retinopathy(DR)in patients with type 2 diabetes of different genders.Methods The clinical data of 2266 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into non-DR group and DR group.Among men,there were 935 cases in non-DR group and 500 cases in DR group.Among women,there were 551 cases in non-DR group and 280 cases in DR group.The two groups of VFA and SFA were compared.Results In the male DR group,VFA was(98.29±44.59)cm^(2),and SFA was(186.56±62.62)cm^(2).In the male non-DR group,VFA was(103.29±40.30)cm^(2),and SFA was(195.06±65.87)cm^(2).VFA and SFA were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that VFA was not an independent risk factor for DR(P>0.05),and low SFA was an independent risk factor for DR(P<0.05).In the female DR group,VFA was(88.61±35.17)cm^(2) and SFA was(197.84±64.18)cm^(2).In the female non-DR group,VFA was(87.71±34.41)cm^(2),and SFA was(204.78±73.32)cm^(2).There was no statistical difference in VFA and SFA between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed no independent correlation between VFA,SFA and DR(P>0.05).Conclusion In male patients with type 2 diabetes,low SFA is an independent risk factor for DR,and there is no independent correlation between VFA and DR.VFA and SFA have no significant correlation with DR in female patients with type 2 diabetes.
