摘要
概述了近些年来进步较快的单塔吸附分离、轻质解析剂吸附分离、结晶分离以及二甲苯液相异构化等芳烃新技术。在此基础上,介绍了用于对二甲苯生产的轻质解析剂吸附分离-结晶分离组合工艺、结晶分离-液相异构化组合工艺,并分别对其技术优势、装置能耗以及设备投资等方面进行了分析,可为现有装置扩能改造及新装置建设提供新的思路。
The new technologies for aromatics production with rapid technological progress in recent years are summarized,including single tower adsorption-separation,adsorption-separation with light desorbent,crystallization separation and xylene liquid-phase isomerization.Thereafter,two combined processes for p-xylene production are proposed,which are adsorption-separation with light desorbent combining with crystallization separation,and crystallization separation combining with liquid phase isomerization.The technical advantages,unit energy consumption and equipment investment are analyzed respectively,which can illustrate a new perspective for the reconstruction of existing units and the construction of new units.
