摘要
介绍国内首套280万t/a两段重浆化PX结晶工艺技术设计,通过对比分析,选用BP两段重浆化回收PX工艺,不仅可以节省装置建设投资,还可降低装置运行成本,正常生产后PX产品纯度可达到99.8%以上,采用BP两段重浆化回收PX结晶工艺技术具有一定先进性。
This paper introduces the first domestic 2.8 million tons/year two-stage re-pulping PX crystallization technology design.Through comparative analysis,BP two-stage re-pulping recovery PX process can save the construction investment and reduce the operating cost of the equipment.After the normal production,the purity of PX products can reach more than 99.8%.The use of BP twostage re-pulping recovery PX crystallization technology has certain advancement.
