摘要
为了优化复方抗病毒口服液的提取工艺,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取时间、提取次数、料液比三个因素,以连翘苷含量、绿原酸含量和干膏得率为考察指标,采用加权评分法进行综合评分。结果表明,提取温度控制在80℃,提取时间为1 h,提取2次,料液比为1∶8时,综合评分最高。复方抗病毒口服液的提取工艺优化,为大生产提供一定的理论参考。
In order to optimize the extraction process of compound antiviral oral liquid,the three factors of extraction time,extraction times,and solid-liquid ratio were optimized through single factor test and orthogonal test.The content of forsythin,chlorogenic acid and dry extract yield were taken as the evaluation indexes,and the weighted grading method was used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that when the extraction temperature was controlled at 80℃,the extraction time was 1 h,the extraction was twice,and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶8,the comprehensive score was the highest.The optimization of the extraction process of the compound antiviral oral liquid provides a certain theoretical reference for mass production.
