摘要
如何根据不同科学问题属性提出分类评审标准并构建相应评审指标,是新时期科学基金分类评审中面临的挑战。本文通过调研国外具有代表性的科研资助机构分类评审实践,重点从评审指标层面分析了分类评审的标准、指标和表现形式,并吸纳专题研讨会专家咨询意见,对自然科学基金的评审实践提出下一步建议。
How to put forward classification evaluation criteria and construct corresponding evaluation indexes according to different attributes of scientific problems is a challenge in the classification evaluation of NSFC in the new era.Based on the investigation of the practice of classified evaluation of representative international research funding institutions abroad,this paper analyzes the standards,indicators and forms of classified evaluation from the evaluation index level,and puts forward some suggestions for the next step combined with the evaluation practice of NSFC.
