摘要
我国循环流化床燃烧技术已形成独立的理论体系,但从参数分类上对大型循环流化床锅炉的运行问题和应对措施分析较少。针对不同参数循环流化床锅炉的运行问题和应对措施,进行了调研分析。分析结果表明:大型电力循环流化床锅炉的运行问题和中小型工业循环流化床锅炉有共通之处;目前300 MW及以上不同参数循环流化床的运行问题及应对措施各有特点,主要由设计运行经验不足引起;而200 MW及以下的循环流化床由于数量多、经验丰富已基本不存在运行问题。
The circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBC)technology in China has formed an independent theoretical system,but there is little analysis on the operation problems and countermeasures of large circu⁃lating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB)from the perspective of parametric classification.This article investigates and analyzes the operation problems and countermeasures of circulating fluidized bed boilers with different pa⁃rameters.The analysis results show that:The operation of large-scale electric circulating fluidized bed boiler has something in common with small and medium-sized industrial circulating fluidized bed boiler.At pres⁃ent,the operation problems and countermeasures of circulating fluidized beds with different parameters of 300 MW and above have their own characteristics,which are mainly caused by insufficient design and opera⁃tion experience;and circulating fluidized beds of 200 MW and below have almost no operation problems due to their large quantity and rich experience.
