摘要
对塑料件的产品结构进行了分析,并对产品进行了模流分析,判定两点式进浇符合注塑要求。根据该塑料产品的结构,选择点浇口无推料板式的模架。为了保证产品上3个倾斜的支撑柱顺利脱模,设计了定模斜顶和定模滑块,由定模座板带动定模斜顶和定模滑块来完成脱模。选择倒装的塑料模具结构,将顶杆和进料系统设置在动模,当模具开模时,定模座板通过拉杆带动推板做顶出运动,将产品顶出。模具型芯上排布了较密集的顶杆,为保证模具型芯的模温保持均匀,设计了冷却水路与冷水井相结合的冷却系统。在模具的拉杆上设置了销钉和滑槽,销钉在滑槽内滑动,有利于增加模具的开模距离。
The structure of plastic base products was analyzed,and then the mold flow was analyzed to determine that the two-point injection meets the requirements of injection.Then according to the structure of the plastic product,the point gate without pushing plate type mould frame was selected.In order to make the three inclined supporting feet to demoulder smoothly,the sliding blocks of fixed mould inclined top and fixed mould were designed,and the sliding blocks of fixed mould inclined top and fixed mould were driven by the plate of fixed mould demould.Select the inverted plastic mold structure,and set the ejector rod and feeding system in the moving mold.When the mold was opened,the fixed mold base plate drove the ejector plate to do ejector movement through the hook,so as to ejector the product.In order to keep uniform mould temperature of mould core,a cooling system combining cooling water channel and cold water well was designed.A pin and a slide groove were set on the tie rod of the mould.The pin slides in the slide groove,which was beneficial to increase the distance of mould opening.
