摘要
为解决汽车尾气造成的污染问题,加强汽车尾气污染治理力度,使环保法律法规落到实处,分析了汽车尾气污染现状,指出汽车尾气污染治理存在的问题,即大气监控治理效果不佳,汽车尾气治理制度无法有效落实,汽车尾气防治配套设施研发有待强化。提出汽车尾气污染治理控制对策:加强对汽车发动机及汽车尾气防治配套设施的研发,对不达标车辆进行定期淘汰,落实汽车尾气污染治理法规,加强人力、物力及资金投入,积极推进汽车尾气治理工作,为解决汽车尾气污染提供参考。
In order to solve the pollution problem caused by automobile exhaust,strengthen automobile exhaust pollution control,and implement environmental protection laws and regulations,this paper analyzes the current situation of automobile exhaust pollution,and points out the existing problems of automobile exhaust pollution control,that is,the effect of atmospheric monitoring and control is poor,the automobile exhaust control system cannot be effectively implemented,and the R&D of automobile exhaust control supporting facilities needs to be strengthened.It puts forward automobile exhaust pollution control countermeasures,i.e.to strengthen the research and development of automobile engine and automobile exhaust prevention and control supporting facilities,regularly eliminate unqualified vehicles,implement automobile exhaust pollution control laws and regulations,strengthen human,material and capital investment,and actively promote automobile exhaust pollution control,so as to provide reference for solving automobile exhaust pollution.
