摘要
针对某炼化公司28万t/a酮苯脱蜡脱油装置脱油蜡含油量超标的事件,通过分析原料性质、结晶及过滤系统操作、设备性能等影响因素,提出了降低脱油蜡含油量的措施,取得了良好的效果。脱油蜡含油量恢复至工艺指标(≤0.8%)以下,同时提高了油蜡综合收率,节省了新鲜溶剂用量,降低了装置综合能耗。
Aiming at the oil content of the deoiling wax in 280000 t/a ketone-benzol dewaxing and deoiling unit of a refinery exceeding the standard,the measures to reduce the oil content of deoiling wax were put forward by analyzing the properties of raw oil,the operations of crystallization and filtration systems,equipment’s performance and other influencing factors,and good results were achieved.The oil content of the deoiling wax returned below the normal process standard(≤0.8%),at the same time,the comprehensive yield of oil and wax were improved,the consumption of fresh solvent was saved,and the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit was reduced.
