水厂排泥水处理系统全自动运行方法

摘要 广州市北部水厂一期工程自2019年初投运以来,对整个排泥水处理系统的运行方式进行了深入研究。结合实际生产情况和设备性能,逐渐形成了适用于不同时期原水浑浊度变化、控制精准、运行稳定可靠的全自动运行方法,不仅大大减轻运行维护工作强度,而且整个系统运行更加稳定,泥饼含固率提高,干泥处置费用大幅减少。北部水厂的运行方法、设计思路、各单体控制目标、运行参数设置等内容,为其他自来水厂的排泥水系统稳定运行并实现全自动运行提供有效的借鉴。 Since the first phase project of Guangzhou North WTP is put into operation in early 2019,in-depth study on the operation mode of whole sludge wastewater treatment system has been taken.Combined with actual production situation and equipment performance,a fully automatic operation method with accurate control and stable and reliable operation has been gradually formed,which can not only greatly reduces the intensity of operation and maintenance,but also greatly reduces the operation and maintenance work.The operation of whole system is more stable,the solid content of mud cake is improved,and the disposal cost of dry mud is greatly reduced.The operation method design idea,the control objectives of each unit,and the operation parameter setting of the full-automatic operation of North WTP are also analyzed,so as to provide effective references for the stable operation and automatic operation of the sludge wastewater system of other waterworks.
