摘要
上海市自来水闵行有限公司第二水厂污泥处理车间自2003年投产以来已连续运行8年之久,期间对排泥水处理和离心脱水系统的自动化控制逐渐形成其独特的运行方法,在确定合理的处理工艺后配以高度的自动化,使系统在PLC中央控制下实现自动运行。PLC的使用使系统设备运行更加稳定、合理,有效延长了设备使用寿命并节约了能源,为其他自来水厂的污泥处理自动控制提供了有效的借鉴。
The sludge treatment workshop of the Second Water Plant of Shanghai Minhang Water Co.,Ltd.has been in operation for 8 years since it was put into operation in 2003,and it gradually formed its own unique operating method in the sludge treatment and automated control of the centrifugal dewatering system.Coupled with a high degree of automation after a reasonable treatment technology has been determined,the system is able to run automatically under the PLC central control.The application of PLC makes the system more stable,more reasonable and more effective,extends the life of the equipment and saves energy,which provides a useful reference for other water plants in sludge treatment automated control.
