摘要
随着互联网技术的不断发展,新兴科学技术与产业发展不断融合,海量数据、创新算法、超高的计算速度都在影响着人工智能的发展,新一代人工智能正在深刻改变经济社会发展模式,将进一步带动其他技术的进步,推动战略性新兴产业总体突破。通过对上海人工智能产业发展的瓶颈进行分析,有效借鉴国际发达国家的成功经验,最终从政策、法律法规、人才培养、发展产业重点等方面提出适合上海自身的人工智能产业发展模式,并提出相应的政策建议。
With the continuous development of Internet technology and the continuous integration of emerging science and technology with industrial development,massive data,innovative algorithms and ultra-high computing speed are affecting the development of artificial intelligence.The new generation of artificial intelligence is profoundly changing the economic and social development mode,which will further drive the progress of other technologies and promote the overall breakthrough of strategic emerging industries.Based on the analysis of the bottleneck of the development of Shanghai’s artificial intelligence industry and the successful experience of the developed countries,this paper puts forward a suitable development mode of Shanghai’s artificial intelligence industry from the aspects of policies,laws and regulations,personnel training and industrial development priorities,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
