摘要
提出了串级连续搅拌反应釜(CCSTRs)的具有输入输出约束的模糊自适应命令滤波控制,采用模糊逻辑系统克服系统动力学模型的非线性;借助命令滤波技术简化控制器的结构,从而减少控制器的在线计算量;利用Barrier Lyapunov函数(BLF)和输入饱和函数对系统的输入、输出进行约束;Lyapunov稳定性分析保证了闭环系统的稳定性和系统信号的有界性;Simulink模拟仿真验证了所提控制器能使输出信号精准快速地跟踪参考信号。与现存的控制器相比,该控制器结构简单、控制精度高,由于考虑了系统的输入、输出约束,更贴近于实际工业过程。
This work demonstrates an adaptive fuzzy command filtered control for cascade continuous stirred tank reactors(CCSTRs)with input and output constraints.The structure of the proposed controller is simplified with the help of command filtering technology,so that the online computation of the proposed controller is reduced.The fuzzy logic system is applied to handle the non-liner functions of CCSTRs.The Barrier Lyapunov function(BLF)and the input saturation function are used to constrain the input and output of the system.The stability and boundedness of closed-loop system is guaranteed by the Lyapunov stability analysis.Through Simulink simulation,the output signal can track the reference signal accurately and quickly.Compared with the existing controller,a simple structure and high control precision of the controller is proposed,and the input and output of the system is constrainted,which means that it is closer to the actual industrial process.
