不同工艺制备的汽轮机进汽插管表面改性层研究 被引量:1

摘要 汽轮机进汽插管是将高温蒸汽导入汽缸的零件,与密封环配合起到密封高温蒸汽的作用,密封配合部位需具有耐磨、防粘连、抗高温氧化功能。等离子堆焊司太立6号合金和超音速火焰喷涂25%NiCr-75%Cr_(3)C_(2)涂层都具有优异的耐磨性、抗高温氧化性能,在汽轮机进汽插管密封部位都有应用。从结合强度、残余应力和厚度、硬度、抗高温氧化以及制造流程和制造周期角度分析两种材料与对应工艺制备的改性层,两种改性层都能很好地满足进汽插管密封部位的工况,25%NiCr-75%Cr_(3)C_(2)喷涂层结合强度较弱、残余应力大,易于剥落;司太立6号合金堆焊层基体残余应力大,零件容易变形,且制造周期长。 The steam inlet tube of the steam turbine is a part that introduces high-temperature steam into the cylinder,and cooperates with the sealing ring to seal the high-temperature steam.The sealing part steam inlet tube must have the functions of wear resistance,anti-adhesion and high temperature oxidation resistance.Plasma surfacing Stellite No.6 alloy and supersonic flame sprayed 25%NiCr-75%Cr_(3)C_(2) coating have excellent wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance,and are used in the sealing part of the steam inlet tube of the turbine.The modified layers prepared by the two materials and corresponding processes are analyzed from the perspective of bonding strength,residual stress and thickness,hardness,high temperature oxidation resistance,manufacturing process and manufacturing cycle.Both modified layers can well meet the working condition of the sealing part of the steam inlet tube,the bonding strength of the 25%NiCr-75%Cr_(3)C_(2) spraying layer is weak,the residual stress is large,and it is easy to peel off;the residual stress of the base body of the Stellite No.6 alloy surfacing layer is large,the parts are easily deformed,and the manufacturing cycle is long.
