摘要 汽轮机阀门类零件常需要在内孔(如燃机套筒)或外圆(如高压进汽管、抽汽管、阀杆等)面堆焊司太立合金以达到高温耐磨的要求,本文叙述等离子喷焊技术成功应用于此类零件司太立合金的堆焊,并介绍从设备、工艺、试验到生产各方面的研究过程。 PTA is a method of welding which uses high which alloy powder is filled. This method can energy came from plasma arc. It is a process of welding help improve automatic control, increase production efficiency and reduce welding seam dilution. It is applicable to special- required welding, for such parts as the steam turbine valves designed to weld Stellite 6# on it's inner hole(ST) or inside circle surface(RT) This article describes the PTA facilities, PTA process, experiment and producing. With the success of PTA technology being applied to weld the valve parts, the difficulty in production is resolved and the product quality enhanced. The method is in the rank of leading technologies in the world, having created a new work manship of inner hole welding in China.
