摘要
目的了解河北省眼科医院青光眼住院患者的类型构成、性别、年龄分布及变化特点。方法回顾性研究。分析7520例于2012年10月至2018年10月间在河北省眼科医院住院治疗青光眼患者的病例资料,对患者年龄及性别分布,各种类型青光眼的构成比及变化趋势进行分析,为临床提供防治策略。结果原发性青光眼、继发性青光眼(SG)、先天性青光眼(CG)占青光眼总数的65.51%、32.68%、1.81%,其中原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)占原发性青光眼的86.70%,原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)占13.30%。在原发性闭角型青光眼中,急性闭角型青光眼占59.39%,慢性闭角型青光眼占40.61%;40岁以上女性占73.05%,男性占26.01%。而POAG患者中,40岁以上女性占21.98%,男性占57.25%。住院的7520例青光眼患者中,年龄分布自50天至81岁,其中男性3173例,女性4347例,年龄<40岁893例,≥40岁6627例(88.13%)。结论PACG仍为青光眼住院患者的主要类型,但POAG的构成比逐年增加,应增加POAG的防治研究。40岁以上的女性人群注意闭角型青光眼的筛查,是PACG的防治重点。
Objective To investigate the disease proportion,gender,age distribution and their change characteristics of the hospitalized patients with glaucoma in Hebei eye hospital.Methods A retrospective analysis of 7520 glaucoma patients admitted to hebei eye hospital from October 2012 to October 2018,and the age and gender distribution of the patients,as well as the composition and trend of various types of glaucoma were analyzed,so as to provide clinical prevention and treatment strategies.Results Of all the cases 65.51%were primary glaucoma,while 32.68%,1.81%of them were secondary glaucoma(SG)and congenital glaucoma(CG),respectively.Of the primary glaucoma cases 86.70%were primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG),while 13.30%of them were primary open angle glaucoma(POAG).Of the PACG cases 59.39%were acute primary angle closure glaucoma(APACG),while 40.61%of them were chronic primary angle closure glaucoma(CPACG);Among the patients over 40 years old 73.05%were female,while 26.01%were male.However,Among the POAG patients over 40 years old 21.98%were female,while 57.25%were male.Among the 7520 hospitalized glaucoma patients,there were 3173 males and 4347 females,there were 893 aged less 40 years old and 6627 aged over 40 years old(88.13%).Conclusions PACG is still the main type of hospitalized glaucoma patients,However,POAG increased gradually,the prevention and treatment of POAG should be increased;females over 40 years old should pay attention to the screening of angle closure glaucoma,which is the prevention and treatment focus of PACG.
