摘要
为提高高速铁路桥面防水层的防水性能和耐久性能,采用高黏树脂制备树脂改性植物基乳化沥青,分析了高黏树脂用量对改性植物基乳化沥青蒸发残留物的常规性能、动力黏度、黏结性能、储存稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着高黏树脂用量的增加,改性植物基乳化沥青的软化点、黏结强度升高,针入度、15℃的延度下降,储存稳定性变化不大;当高黏树脂用量在40%~45%时,软化点大于80℃,延度大于60 cm,黏结强度大于1.5 MPa,综合性能最好;高黏树脂用量在40%~45%时,改性植物基乳化沥青随着温度的降低黏结强度先增大后减小,在-15℃出现最大值。
High-viscosity resin was used to prepare resin modified plant-based emulsified asphalt.The conventional properties,dynamic viscosity,adhesion and storage stability of evaporation residue of modified plant-based emulsified asphalt were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the content of high-viscosity resin,the softening point and bonding strength of modified plant-based emulsified asphalt increase,the penetration and ductility at 15℃decrease,and the storage stability does not change much.When the content of high-viscosity resin is 40%~45%,the softening point is greater than 80℃,the ductility is greater than 60 cm,and the bonding strength is greater than 1.5 MPa,and the overall performance is the best.When the content of high-viscosity resin is 40%~45%,as the temperature decreases,the bonding strength of modified plant-based emulsified first increases and then decreases,with a maximum value at-15℃.
