摘要
随着我国铁路工程技术的快速发展和高速铁路飞速进步,对桥梁结构的耐久性和稳定性提出了更高的要求。高速铁路桥面聚脲防水层是一种新材料和新工艺,若施工过程中对材料和施工工艺没有严格的质量控制措施,会产生很多质量通病。本文首先通过调查桥面聚脲防水层的质量通病,然后对其病害原因进行分析,最后提出相应的改进及预防措施,从而为今后高速铁路桥面聚脲防水层的施工质量控制提供参考依据。
With the rapid development of Railway Engineering Technology in China ＇s and the rapid progress of high-speed railway,put forward higher requirements for the durability and stability of bridge structure. Polyurea waterproof layer of the high- speed railway deck is a kind of new materials and new technology,if the materials and construction technology are not strictly controlled the quality in the process of construction,There will produce a lot of quality problems. In this paper,Firstly,investigatied the common quality defects of polyurea waterproof layer,Then analyzed the reasons the disease,Finally,putted forward the improvement and prevention measures,In order to provide the reference for quality control with the construction of polyurea waterproof layer of the high speed railway deck in the future.
