姑息性表现量表国外运用及研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 终末期病人的预后评估一直是姑息治疗和护理的挑战性问题。姑息性表现量表(Palliative Performance Scale,PPS)作为姑息病人生存期预测的简单且有效工具在国外已获得广泛运用。现从PPS的内在品质及预测精度、PPS的运用及价值、目前尚存在的争议、研究发展方向等方面进行综述,以期为我国引入姑息性表现量表及其应用研究提供参考。
