压力容器焊接方法及其性能指标对比分析

摘要 压力容器的主要焊接方法包括焊条电弧焊、埋弧焊及等离子弧焊,不同的焊接方法成型性能差异较大。通过试验分析焊条电弧焊、埋弧焊及等离子弧焊焊接试件的外观、无损检测和力学性能后可知,等离子弧焊焊接试件外观最优、焊接接头内部无缺陷,试样的抗拉强度达到656 MPa,各项性能均达到标准要求。 The main welding methods for pressure vessels included electrode arc welding,submerged arc welding and plasma arc welding.The forming properties of different welding methods were quite different.Through experimental analysis of the appearance,non-destructive testing and mechanical properties of electrode arc welding,submerged arc welding and plasma arc welding specimens,it could be known that plasma arc welding specimens had the best appearance and no internal defects in the welded joints.The tensile strength of the sample reached 656 MPa,and the tensile strength of the sample met the standard requirements.
