摘要
为了得到管状大厚度V形接头最佳焊接位置工艺方案和不同焊接位置的残余应力变化规律,从不同焊接位置的角度出发,利用非线性有限元软件Marc,对管状大厚度V形接头焊接温度场和残余应力场的影响进行了有限元数值分析,并通过实际测试结果进行验证。结果表明:在管状大厚度V形接头多层焊的过程中,起弧端距离“凸台”位置越近,焊接残余应力越容易表现为拉应力;焊接位置与结构“凸台”保持一定的距离,可以减少焊接接头残余应力的产生。
In order to obtain optimal welding position and changes of residual stress at different welding positions,effects of welding temperature field and residual stress field of tubular V-joint with large thickness at different welding positions was analyzed by nonlinear finite element software Marc,and further verified by actual measurement results.Results show that during multi-layer welding process of tubular V-joint with large thickness,the closer the distance between starting arc end and“boss”position,the easier is welding residual stress as a tensile stress.Keeping a certain distance between the welding position and the“boss”position could reduce the residual stress of welding V-joint.
