摘要
为研究高产、多抗且配合力较高的大豆品种‘周豆23号’及其衍生的10个新品种(系)的特征特性,深入挖掘‘周豆23号’在种质资源创新及新品种培育方面的应用价值,本研究通过追踪‘周豆23号’的系谱,计算其原始亲本的细胞质及细胞核贡献率,并与其衍生的10个优异新品种(系)的产量、农艺性状及抗性进行对比分析。结果显示,‘周豆23号’聚合了50个原始亲本的优良基因,地理来源涉及美国和中国7个省市;在高产、稳产、抗倒伏等特性具有较强的遗传力,不仅是作为种质资源创新、培育新品种重要的材料,同时也是通过分子水平探求大豆高产、稳产、多抗特性的重要研究材料。
To study on the characteristics of the ’Zhoudou23’ with high yield, multi-resistance and high general combining ability, and the 10 varieties(lines) derived from ’Zhoudou23’. Exploring the application value in germplasm resource innovation and breeding of new varieties. In this study, the cytoplasmic and nuclear contribution rates of the original parents were calculated by tracking the genealogy of ’Zhoudou23’. The yield, agronomic characters and stress resistance of 10 outstanding new varieties(lines) derived from ’Zhoudou23’ were compared and analyzed.The result showed: ’Zhoudou23’ has polymerized the excellent genes of 50 original parents. The geographical sources involved the United States and 7 provinces and cities in China, and its high yield, stable yield, multiresistance and other characteristics have strong heritability. It is not only an important material for germplasm resources innovation and breeding new varieties, but also an important research material for exploring the characteristics of high yield, stable yield and multi-resistance of soybean at the molecular level.
