摘要
通过介绍平圩三期ZGM123G型磨煤机配套液压加载拉杆在运行中频繁断裂原因进行研究和分析,技术上改型拉杆的变径直径,加强磨煤机的预防性检查力度,并提出拉杆探伤检测。
By introducing the reasons for the frequent fracture of the hydraulic loading tie rods of the ZGM123G type coal pulverizer in the third phase of Pingwei,research and analysis,technically modify the reduced diameter of the tie rods,strengthen the preventive inspection of the coal pulverizer,and propose the tie rod flaw detection.
