摘要
针对ZGM113K型中速磨煤机运行中拉杆频繁断裂,调整导向装置风险大、用时长,磨辊变加载力调整不当等问题,从结构特点、受力及材料强度等方面进行了原因分析,提出了改进导向板调整装置、确定最佳变加载力、提高拉杆材质、改进拉杆加工工艺等改造措施。经过改造,提高了ZGM113K型中速磨煤机运行可靠性,降低了检修风险和劳动强度,提高了检修效率,节省了检修费用。
Based on the ZGMll3K type medium speed coal mill operation rod frequent fracture, high risk and long time of regulating and guiding device, grinding roller loading force adjustment is unright, from the structure and the strength of the stress aspects, analyzed the reason, and put forward the corresponding modification measures, including the improvement of guide plate adjusting device, find the optimal variable load and improve the material processing technology; and analyzes the transformation of the economic benefits, not only enhance the operation reliability of ZGMll3K medium speed coal mill, reduce maintenance risk and labor intensity, 'and improves the maintenance efficiency, save the maintenance cost.
