摘要
新高考改革背景下,作为改革的主体,普通高中学校应对高考改革,不是简单的应考策略调整,而是要进行育人模式转型探索,包括育人价值取向转型和路径转型探索。育人价值取向转型,就是从传统的“育分为主,育才为本”转为“立德树人”;育人路径转型,主要包括以学生发展核心素养统领教育理念与课程教学,以特色建设为抓手提升学校办学水平和以生涯规划教育激发学生自信与动力等三条路径。
Under the background of the new university entrance examination reform,as the main body of the reform,normal high schools should not simply adjust their strategy a-gainst the examination,but to carryout the transformation of the educational model,which include the transformation of the education for value orientation and the exploration for the route transformation.The transformation of the educational value orientation is to be re-formed from the traditional method which is"score-focused and talent-oriented"to"the formation of correct morality and cultivation".The educational method transformation mainly involves three elements:educational concept and curriculum teaching guided by the develop-ment of core literacy of the student,improvement of the school teaching method,stimulation of students'self-confidence and motivation with career programming education.
