摘要
为选育适合培育杉木大径材的家系,对25年生湖南杉木第1.5代种子园自由授粉子代林进行调查分析,研究胸径及大径材出材率的变异规律。结果表明:家系间胸径差异达极显著水平(P<0.01),家系平均胸径为20.19~28.59 cm,其表型变异系数为5.74%,家系遗传力为0.621。综合考虑育种值及大径材出材率,从参试的24个家系中选出了4个家系为培育大径材的最优家系,入选家系平均胸径≥25 cm的占比为66.52%,平均遗传增益为7.07%,平均大径材出材率为66.97%,平均大径材出材率比CK提高了23.26%。
This study investigated and analyzed the diameter at breast height(DBH)at 25th-year from open-pollination progeny test of the 1.5th Chinese fir seed orchard in order to select families for breeding large-size timber of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata).The variation rules of DBH and large-diameter wood yield was also studied.The result demonstrated that it had great difference(P﹤0.01)of DBH among families.The average DBH of families were 20.19 cm to 28.59 cm,which the phenotypic coefficient of variation values appeared to be 5.74%,and the family heritability of DBH was 0.621.Four families from the total twenty-four families were selected through consideration on breeding value and percentage of outturn of large-diameter timber.The selected rate of Chinese fir with mean DBH≥25 cm was 66.52%,mean genetic gain waS7.07%,and mean percentage of outturn of large-diameter timber was 66.97%.The mean percentage of outturn of large-diameter timber was 23.26%higher than that of CK.
