微藻藻种保存技术研究进展

摘要 微藻因其优良的理化性质及代谢产物的多样性,可广泛应用于化工、医药、食品、环境监测等领域。高效利用微藻资源的前提是在微藻培养过程中保证微藻藻种的活性及遗传稳定性,这就使得微藻藻种的保存技术显得尤为重要。文章综述了几种常见保存藻种的方法,包括继代法、固定化技术、超低温保存技术、冷冻真空干燥技术及浓缩液保存技术,并针对每种保种技术的研究现状、技术特点及其发展方向进行了详细的分析,旨在为微藻藻种的保存研究提供参考价值。 Due to its excellent physical and chemical properties and the diversity of metabolites,microalgae can be widely used in chemical,pharmaceutical,food,environmental monitoring and other fields.The prerequisite for efficient use of microalgae resources is to ensure the activity and stable heredity of microalgae species during the process of microalgae cultivation,which makes the preservation technology of microalgae species particularly important.This article reviews several common methods for preservation of microalgae species,focusing on several common methods for preservation of algae species,including sub-generation method,immobilization technology,ultra-low temperature preservation technology,freeze-vacuum drying technology and concentrated solution preservation technology.The research status,technical characteristics and development direction of each kind of conservation technology were analyzed in detail,aiming to provide reference value for the conservation research of microalgae species.
