摘要 结合芜湖轨道交通1号线、2号线一期高架区间轨道梁桥设计体会,系统地介绍标准结构体系和跨度的选择、墩型及横断面设计、特殊节点桥设计等高架区间轨道梁桥总体设计方案。结合芜湖城市特点和跨越点实际情况,基于安全合理、绿色环保、经济美观、结构创新的理念,提出连续刚构PC轨道梁桥、钢-混凝土结合轨道梁桥、连续钢桁轨道梁桥、2-70 m单轨组合桥等新型跨座式单轨桥梁结构,将PC轨道梁跨度提高至30 m,采用多种特殊轨道梁桥结构替代梁上托梁结构跨越高等级道路和铁路,减小结构高度的同时降低15%~20%的综合造价。 Based on the design experience of the track girder bridge in elevated sections of Line 1 and the first phase of line 2,overall design scheme including standard structure,span selection,pier type,cross-section design,and bridge design in special nodes,were systematically introduced in this paper.Combined with the characteristics of Wuhu city and the actual situation of crossing points,new straddle monorail bridge structures such as continuous rigid frame PC track girder bridge,steel-concrete combined track girder bridge,continuous steel truss track girder bridge,2-70 m monorail composite bridge,etc.were proposed considering safety,environment friendly,economy,aesthetic and creativity.By increasing the PC track beam span to 30 m,and replacing the girder joist structure with a variety of special track beam bridge structures across high-grade roads and railways,the structural height was reduced and the comprehensive costs were reduced about 15%to 20%.
