摘要
为了设计出一款具有稳定输出的X射线管专用供电电源,该电源主电路采用了高压直流电源和灯丝电源两部分。高压直流电源部分围绕主控芯片SG3525AN设计电路,通过控制PWM波形,调节占空比控制升压变压器的输出功率,后经倍压电路达到输出稳定的50 kV高压和1 mA的管电流。灯丝电源部分围绕主控芯片UC3526设计电路,同样通过控制PWM波形来控制降压变压器的输出功率,通过闭环反馈控制,输出额定的灯丝电压和电流。通过实物测试与改进,该款供电电源高压电源部分能够输出稳定的直流50 kV高压和1 mA电流,灯丝电源部分能够输出稳定的额定电压和电流。
In order to design a special power supply for X ray tube with stable output,the main circuit of this power supply adopts two parts:high voltage DC power supply and filament power supply.The high voltage DC power supply is designed around the main control chip SG3525AN,by controlling the PWM waveform,adjusting the duty cycle to control the output power of the boost transformer,and through the voltage doubling circuit.The output is stable 50 kV high voltage and 1 mA tube current.The filament power supply part designs the circuit around UC3526 main control chip.It also controls the output power of the step⁃down transformer by controlling the PWM waveform,and outputs the rated filament voltage and current through the closed⁃loop feedback control.Through physical testing and improvement,the high voltage power supply part of the power supply can output stable DC 50 kV high voltage and 1 mA current,and the filament power supply part can output stable rated voltage and current.
