摘要
为了提高X光机的X射线的质量和减少对病人的伤害,提出了一种对X光机高压电源系统的高压直流电源和灯丝电源设计的改进方案.为了满足X射线高性能的要求,运用先进的PWM控制方式,通过调节等幅度脉冲电压的占空比控制变压器输出功率,然后经过倍压电路整流升压,从而实现电压在4~50kV之间的连续可调输出.通过仿真与实验证明,改进后的电源系统电压纹波系数为1.5%,电压的精确度稳定在2%.从而使X光机的图像质量和电源效率得到大幅度提高.
To improve the quality of X- ray machine and reduce the harm to the patient, the idea that presents an improvement of high voltage DC power supply and filament power supply design of X-ray machine high voltage power supply system meets the requirements of high performance X-ray. It achieves the voltage between 4- 50 kV continuously adjustable output by the use of advanced PWM control, adjusting the amplitude of the pulse voltage duty cycle control trans former output power, and voltage booster rectifier circuit. Simulation experiments showed that the use of high frequency high voltage X ray machine power supply with image quality and power efficiency has greatly improved.
