摘要
在生态文明的背景下,社区作为人居环境建设的基本单元,其规划设计应关注社会—生态系统的全面发展,但目前尚存在生态理念与规划设计的脱节问题,缺乏对其规划框架与设计策略的全面梳理。本文从城市生态社区的内涵解析入手,明晰其与各层级生态城市设计的关系,进而从与自然要素的融合路径、因地制宜的生态目标、指标传导体系、生态设计绩效评估四个层次归纳城市生态社区理论框架。在此基础上,对不同目标导向下的城市生态社区实践总结设计策略,并对未来规划设计中应当关注的核心问题进行展望。
The community is the essential unit of human settlement within the framework of ecological civilization,and its planning and design must take the development of its social-ecological system into consideration.Despite this,there is still a lack of a comprehensive review of the planning framework and design strategy for the development of community design that separates ecological concepts from community planning.To begin with,the paper clarifies the meaning of urban ecological community by comparing it with other kinds of ecological city design in various contexts.Then the planning framework of urban ecological community is summarized from four levels:integration with natural elements,ecological goals according to local conditions,index transmission system,and ecological design performance evaluation.On this basis,the paper summarizes the design strategies of urban ecological community practice under different goal orientations,and looks forward to the core issues that should be addressed in subsequent planning and design.
