摘要
分析测试中心在高校发展过程中作用重大,如何合理分配、管理分析测试中心的大型仪器,最大化其在科研、教学方面的作用,为学校发展做出贡献是目前大多高校所面临的问题。本文以长沙理工大学为例,从平台建设、人才队伍构建等方面分析目前分析测试中心在理工科院校中的处境,提出了具体的应对策略,为其他理工科院校分析测试中心的发展提供了新思路。
The analysis and test center plays an important role in the development of colleges,but the main problems existing in the operation of test center was how to reasonably distribute and manage the large-scale instruments and make a contribution to the teaching and research of universities.In this paper,taking the Changsha University of Science and Technology as an example,we will research the situation of analysis and test center from the platform and excellent talents.Moreover,the responding strategy was put forward to solve the problem,which will offer a new thought for the development of analysis and test center in other technical universities.
