摘要
建设创新型高校必须强化大型公共服务的支撑体系——优化高校分析测试中心。一是全面贯彻"顶天立地"战略,"顶天"就是要不断创造高水平的科技成果;"立地"就是要服务地方经济社会发展;二要优化决策机制:优化管理机构、优化论证、优化共享;三要优化管理机制;四要优化人才培养,强化支撑。树立人才是第一资源的理念、全面提高大型仪器科研人员的综合素质。
The opportunities and chancellges of new technology development require universities to become innovation-oriented. The development optimization of the university-based center for physical ＆ chemical analysis is the key to the construction of innovation-oriented universities. The following 4 aspects are the main contents of development optimization ：First, the said center should not only focus on making progress in science and technology, but also be involved in the local economic and social development to provide technology support; secondly, it should optimize decision-making mechanism third, it should optimize the management mechanism; and finally, it should optimize the cultivition of technological innovative talents.
