摘要
通过普通溴系阻燃体系、复配阻燃体系以及不同含量玻璃纤维等方向对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)性能进行研究。利用双螺杆挤出手段,研制出了一种高灼热丝和高漏电起痕(CTI)性能的PBT材料。实验结果表明:普通溴系阻燃PBT灼热丝温度低于750℃,达不到相关行业基本要求;复配阻燃体系PBT的灼热丝和CTI性能大幅提高;玻纤含量对相关性能影响较小。
The properties of PBT were studied by the ordinary bromine system,the compound flame retardant system and the different proportions of glass fiber.A kind of PBT material with high glow wire and high CTI performance can be produced by twin-screw extruder.The experimental results show that the temperature of ordinary bromine flame retardant PBT is lower than 750℃,which can not meet the basic requirements of related industries,he properties of glow wire and CTI of the compound flame retardant PBT were greatly improved,but the different proportions of glass fiber have little influence on related properties.
