摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为催化剂合成了热塑性聚醚酯弹性体PBT-PTMG,并研究了有卤阻燃体系十溴二苯乙烷/三氧化二锑(DBDPE/Sb2O3)和无卤的磷系阻燃剂Exolit TMOP1240对弹性体PBT-PTMG的力学性能、阻燃性能、热力学性能及其结晶等方面的影响。研究结果表明:添加阻燃剂可以显著提高PBT-PTMG的阻燃性能,使其垂直燃烧性能达到LU94V-0级;随着阻燃剂添加量增大,PBT-PTMG的力学性能降低,DBDPE/Sb2O3及Exolit TMOP1240的最佳添加量均为DMT质量的5%;添加阻燃剂会影响弹性体PBT-PTMG的结晶性能,使体系晶体形状和晶体数目发生改变;添加阻燃剂后,PBT-PTMG的热稳定性无明显变化。
In this paper,polyester elastomer PBT-PTMG was prepared in the presence of Ti(Obu)4as the catalyst.The influence of DBDPE/Sb2O3 and Exolit TMOP1240 to the performances of elastomer PBT-PTMG was investigated,these performances include mechanical properties,flame retardant performance,thermodynamic properties and crystallization,etc.The results of the study showed that:adding flame retardants can improve the flame retardance of PBT-PTMG significantly,the vertical burning behavier of PBT-PTMG can achieve to LU94V-0level;Along with the flame retardant agent adding quantity increased,thus,the suitable additives of DBDPE/Sb2O3 and Exolit TMOP1240 were 5%;Adding the flame retardant will affect the crystallization of PBT-PTMG,make the system crystal shape and crystal number changes;Adding flame retardant,the thermal stability of PBT-PTMG has no obvious change.
