摘要
葫芦巴为豆科葫芦巴属植物,植株高约60 cm,具有淡黄色三角形花朵和三角形的叶子,俗称苦豆、芦巴等。葫芦巴含有甾体皂苷类、黄酮类、油脂等生物活性物质,其活性成分的提取方法有回流提取、超声提取、渗漉提取、浸渍提取等。葫芦巴提取物具有提高机体抗氧化能力、降血糖、降血脂、抗炎镇痛等作用。本文对国内外有关葫芦巴的活性成分、活性成分的提取工艺、生物活性作用及其机理研究进行综述,为葫芦巴进一步开发应用提供参考。
Semen Trigonellae is a leguminous plant of fenugreek genus. Its plant is about 60 cm high,with light yellow triangular flowers and triangular leaves,commonly known as bitter beansand fenugreek.Its main chemical constituents are steroidal saponins,alkaloids,flavonoids,oils,etc,and the extraction methods include reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction,percolation extraction,and dipping extraction. Semen Trigonellae extract had the effects of hypoglycemia,hypolipidemia,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and analgesic. In order to provide references for further development and utilization of the fenugreek extracts,the active component,extraction technology,physiological activity and its mechanism of fenugreek at home and abroad were reviewed in this paper.
