葫芦巴中总黄酮回流提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用乙醇回流提取葫芦巴中的总黄酮,考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、温度、时间对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,葫芦巴中总黄酮最佳提取工艺参数为:料液比1∶50 g/mL,乙醇浓度40%,提取时间0.5 h,提取温度50℃。在该条件下,总黄酮提取率为1.017%。 Using ethanol reflux to extract total flavonoids from Trigonella foenum-graecumL.,the influence of ethanol concentration,the ratio of solid to liquid,temperature,time on the total fiavonoids yield were investigated. Results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting the total flavonoids of Trigonella foenum-graecumL. were as follows: 40% ethanol,1∶ 50 g/mL,0. 5 h and 50 ℃ for ethanol concentration,the ratio of solid to liquid,extraction time and extraction temperature,respectively. Under the above conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 1. 017%.
