摘要 糖尿病心肌病是一种由糖尿病引起的心脏结构和功能变化的疾病,被认为是糖尿病患者心力衰竭增加的潜在原因。糖尿病心肌病的病理生理机制复杂,确切机制尚不清楚。线粒体氧化应激是心血管和代谢疾病的主要致病因素,也是影响糖尿病患者心脏功能的重要因素之一。本文将进一步讨论糖尿病心肌病中线粒体氧化应激机制的最新进展,为糖尿病心肌病的临床治疗提供新思路。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy is described as the existence of abnormal myocardial structure and function caused by diabetes,which is considered to be an underlying cause of increased heart failure in diabetic patients.The pathophysiological mechanisms of diabetic cardiomyopathy are complex and the detailed molecular networks remain obscure.Mitochondrial oxidative stress is the main pathogenic factor of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases,and it is one of the important factors that affect the heart function of diabetes.This review aims to discuss the recent advances of the mechanisms of mitochondrial oxidative stress in diabetic cardiomyopathy,to provide new thoughts for the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
