基于四方调研探讨高等中医药院校辅修学位的开放与实施——以成都中医药大学为例

摘要 目的:以四方调研结果为依据,探讨高等中医药院校辅修学位的开放与实施思路,为高等中医药院校制定辅修学位制度及其具体实施提供重要参考。方法:分别制作针对参与过双学位学习的学生、普通全日制本科学生、教学管理人员和任课教师的四种不同问卷,采用无记名形式开展网络四方问卷调研,对辅修学位开放的可行性、专业设置、培养环节、质量评价和管理要求等多个方面进行调研。采用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果:四种问卷分别回收652、2843、41、210份有效问卷,数据分析可知:辅修学位的开办具有可行性;外国语言文学、中医学、心理学、工商管理、公共事业管理、中药学等专业大类被认为是较为适宜开放的辅修专业大类,且中药学、中国语言文学、中医学、医学技术等专业大类的学生是未来辅修专业学生主要来源的主修专业;报名的重要条件为学有余力和学习动机;授课、实践和答辩的适宜方式为线上线下混合式;教学管理人员、任课教师最期望在绩效管理方面得到激励。结论:该调研参与的人员数量众多,数据可靠,基于问卷结果提出的高等中医药院校辅修学位的开放与实施思路可以为相关院校辅修学位政策制定与人才培养提供有效借鉴。 Objective:Based on the results of four-party investigation,the opening and implementation of minor degrees in high institutions of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed,so as to provide an important reference for the establishment and implementation of minor degree systems in high institutions of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Four different questionnaires were prepared for students who had ever participated in a double degree study,ordinary full-time undergraduate students,administrators and teachers of undergraduate education.The four-party questionnaire survey was carried out online in an anonymous form.The questions were focused on the opening feasibility,the professional setting,the training processes,the quality evaluation and management requirements of minor degree.SPSS software was utilized for data analysis.Result:The number of valid questionnaires collected from four questionnaires were 652,2843,41 and 210 separately.According to the data analysis,the establishment of minor degree system was feasible.The major category like foreign language and literature,Chinese medicine,psychology,business administration,public utility management,Chinese pharmacy,etc.were considered to be very suitable for opening major category.Students who were in major degree studying for major category of Chinese pharmacy,Chinese language and literature,Chinese medicine and medical technology,etc.would be the main source for future minor degree study.The plenty of energy and motivation to learn were important application conditions.The appropriate way for teaching,practice and degree defence was the combination of an online and offline model.The motivation in performance management was the most expected aspect for administrators and teachers of undergraduate education.Conclusion:This investigation has a large number of participants and reliable data.Based on the analysis results,the opening and implementation of minor degree thinking for high institutions of traditional Chinese medicine put forward here could provide an
